Let us do the dirty work! In the event that you spill something on your clothing, don't apply water or club soda and DO NOT rub the spot either–rubbing a spill can make it much worse. Just simply blot the spill with a clean, light colored cloth or paper towel–avoid colored napkins or cloths because the dye in them can easily be transfered to your garment. After you're able to change clothing, bring it to one of our Universal Cleaners locations as soon as possible. The quicker we can treat the stain, the more likely we'll be able to remove it.
No; please don't use any stain removing products on your spill before coming to us; the chemicals in store-bought stain removers often react with the dry cleaning solutions we use, since ours are designed to work with water.
What most people forget is that hair sprays contain alcohol, which often leaves a stain of its own. If you get ink on your garment, let us try to work it out.
Unfortunately, there are some stains that we just cannot remove. There are a number of factors that affect our ability to remove stains, and sometimes it's just impossible to do so completely. If this happens to be the case, we are sorry and please know that we used every means possible to remove the stain.
All of our locations have the same hours of operation. From Monday through Friday, we are open from 7 am to 7 pm and on Saturdays, from 9 am to 5 pm. On Sundays, we are closed.
